The SPD2200 offers full-spectrum performance testing capabilities, including:

  • Spectral Responsivity (SR)
  • External Quantum Efficiency (EQE)
  • Photon Detection Probability (PDP)
  • Dark Count Rate (DCR)
  • Break-Down Voltage (BDV)

The SPD2200 can also test the single-photon resolution characteristics of SPDs, including:

  • Jitter
  • Afterpulsing probability
  • Diffusion tail
  • Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR)
