Social Responsibility

Industry-Academia Collaboration

Enlitech and Future are joining hands to shoulder the mission of corporate social responsibility, actively engaging in youth cultivation projects. We collaborate with major universities and colleges to create internship programs tailored to the needs of the industry, providing young students with opportunities to kickstart their careers and enrich their practical experiences in the workplace. Through this initiative, we are committed to integrating students into the industry ecosystem early on, enabling them to quickly absorb the latest research and manufacturing knowledge, thereby nurturing outstanding talents in the semiconductor industry.

Public Welfare Concern

Enlitech embraces its social mission, continually dedicated to giving back to society. We actively participate in various charitable activities, including monthly donations to the Mennonite Social Welfare Foundation,  contributions of picture books, and disaster relief funds. Through these actions, we aspire to bring warmth and hope to society, continuing to play an active role in philanthropy.

Environmental Protection

Enlitech upholds a sense of responsibility towards the environment. We actively engage in environmental protection efforts, starting with recycling and sorting, gradually fulfilling our mission of environmental conservation. We believe that even small actions can make valuable contributions to the environment.

Employee Care

Enlitech is committed to creating a happy workplace environment. We have a comprehensive compensation system and various welfare measures in place to safeguard employees’ quality of life. Additionally, we regularly organize various recreational activities to encourage employees to enjoy quality time outside of work, promoting team cohesion and interaction. Here, every employee can feel cared for and supported, contributing to the construction of a happy and vibrant work environment.

Every year, Enlitech organizes traditional events such as Thanksgiving card activities to express gratitude to colleagues and promote emotional exchanges among each other.

Health Management

Enlitech values ​​employee health and maintains this care. We work closely with local hospitals to regularly arrange health check-ups, ensuring that each colleague has a clear understanding of their physical condition. Additionally, every year, we collaborate with local clinics to provide free flu vaccinations, enhancing colleagues’ immunity and reducing the incidence of illness. Furthermore, we have professional counselors available, who engage in close communication with employees on a weekly basis, aiming to improve employees’ mental health and well-being, and fully consider the physical and mental health of our employees.

Enlitech not only cares about the happiness of its employees but also values ​​the importance of their families. Therefore, during our annual banquet, we warmly invite employees’ families to join us and enjoy the good times together. This is not only an opportunity to strengthen the relationship between colleagues and their families but also demonstrates our appreciation and care for our employees and their families. At Enlitech, we consider families as an integral part of our larger family and hope that through such activities, we can create a more harmonious and warm work environment.

Welcome Newborn Babies

Enlitech actively responds to government policies aimed at increasing birth rates by providing comprehensive support for colleagues and their spouses during the important moment of welcoming newborn babies. We offer exclusive parking spaces for pregnant women, childbirth subsidies, and well-equipped lactation room facilities. Colleagues are entitled to seven days of paternity leave within a total of fifteen days before and after their spouse’s delivery, with full pay during the leave period. Additionally, we actively encourage and support breastfeeding, striving to create a caring and supportive work environment where the arrival of new life brings joy to the entire family.

Enlitech is committed to ensuring workplace safety. We place great importance on providing workplace safety education and training for new employees and regularly conduct emergency response training. Through these measures, we ensure that every colleague is equipped with crisis awareness and can respond to potential emergencies. At Enlitech, safety is always our top priority, and we will continue to earnestly safeguard the workplace safety of each and every colleague.

Enlitech values ​​the opinions and suggestions of employees.
